Think divine Blue Lotus scents infused with calming micro-unwinding of the scalp to soften and calm the cranial bones and monkey mind. Slow myofascial strokes release the tense armor of fascia that constricts the muscles. Strong but slow stretching and pulling of the limbs invites you to let go of all that it is you need to do that day.

The only thing you have to do during this treatment is roll over so I can work both sides of your body.

Reiki will be called upon to find all the spaces and places of your mind, body, and spirit that are in need of its healing energy, settling in so you feel like you are in that place and space that is in between awake and asleep.

My aim with this treatment is to bring you into such a calm, centred space that you forget your name and the fact that you have a body.

If your favourite part of a massage is having your head, face and shoulders worked on, this treatment is for you.

The Indian Head & Face Ritual combines flowing scalp, head, face, neck and shoulder massage to create a deeply calming experience, allowing you to switch off, slow down and simply receive.

For the face, I use beautiful products from Earth Row made locally here in Central Otago and Tiny Leaf Rosemary + Kawakawa Hair & Scalp Oil also New Zealand made.
