While many clients enjoy occasional treatments, the most profound and lasting results are often achieved through regular care. As a way of supporting those who are committed to their ongoing wellbeing, I offer reduced rates for regular clients. Regular treatments allow us to work together more deeply and consistently, creating lasting change and supporting your health over the long term.

More info This two-hour session is an invitation to slow down, unwind.
Think divine Blue Lotus scents infused with calming micro-unwinding of the scalp to soften and calm the cranial bones and monkey mind. Slow myofascial strokes release the tense armor of fascia that constricts the muscles. Strong but slow stretching and pulling of the limbs invites you to let go of all that it is you need to do that day.

The only thing you have to do during this treatment is roll over so I can work both sides of your body.

Reiki will be called upon to find all the spaces and places of your mind, body, and spirit that are in need of its healing energy, settling in so you feel like you are in that place and space that is in between awake and asleep.

My aim with this treatment is to bring you into such a calm, centred space that you forget your name and the fact that you have a body.
